This guide is for practical observation and maintenance awareness. Urgent conditions or work requiring a qualified specialist should be handled through the appropriate professional or emergency service.
Describe what changed
“It started leaking yesterday” is often more useful than guessing the part name. Timing, progression and the visible symptom are high-value facts.
Take one useful photo
Show the object and enough surroundings to understand access or mounting conditions. A close-up alone can hide the context that changes the job.
Mention immediate safety concerns
Water near electrical equipment, active flooding, smoke, gas odor or other urgent hazards change the service path immediately.
Share access only when needed
Building, gate, parking or concierge details matter once a visit is actually being coordinated. There is no reason to ask for operational details that do not change the current step.
Do not diagnose the trade
You should not need to decide whether the request belongs to a handyman, plumber, electrician or another specialist. Fixology should resolve that from the facts.
Once an appointment is approved, the assigned Fixologist can introduce themselves and ask the few job-specific questions they actually need instead of making every customer complete a longer form.
Want help with something you noticed?
Describe it in your own words. You do not need to choose the trade first.
