OUR PROMISE

Make asking for help easy. Treat the work with care.

The Fixology Promise is about simplicity on the customer side and responsible handling behind the scenes.

EXPLORE

What that means in practice

Simple request

Describe the issue in normal language.

Relevant context

Keep useful property and job details with the request.

Responsible handling

Safety and service requirements are handled behind the scenes.

Clear next step

Give you one useful action instead of a maze of choices.

Personal confirmation

After assignment, the Fixologist is encouraged to introduce themselves and clarify job-specific details directly.

Honest communication

Do not promise what has not been verified.

The last mile should be human.

Good service is not a long menu or a stack of intake forms. We collect what is needed to get the request moving, then let the assigned professional clarify the few details that are genuinely specific to the job.

After an appointment is approved, Fixologists are encouraged to call the customer, introduce themselves, confirm the appointment details and ask any job-specific questions they need. That extra human contact reduces misunderstandings without making every customer do more work up front.

Fixology also avoids invented guarantees. Pricing, availability, qualifications and protection terms should be stated only when they are real, current and supported by the actual service being provided.

Ready to ask for help? Describe the problem once. We will ask for additional detail only when it changes the next step.

LOCAL KNOWLEDGE · PRACTICAL SERVICE

The Fixology Promise: simple for the customer, responsible behind the scenes

Ease should not come from pretending every job is the same. Fixology aims to make the customer-facing request exceptionally simple while keeping safety, scope, provider fit and honest communication intact behind that experience.

Minimum-effort intake

Ask only for information that changes the next useful step. Do not make every customer complete a trade-specific questionnaire.

Human confirmation

Once assigned, the Fixologist is encouraged to introduce themselves, confirm the appointment and clarify job-specific questions directly.

Claims we can support

Availability, qualifications, pricing and protections should be communicated only when they are real and applicable to that request.

HOW FIXOLOGY WORKS

A simpler request, with the important work happening behind it.

Describe the problem

Tell us what you see, what changed and where it is happening. Photos are useful when they add context, but customers should not have to diagnose the trade.

We route the request

Fixology uses the request, property context, service area and scope requirements to determine the appropriate service path behind the scenes.

Your Fixologist confirms

After an appointment is approved, the assigned Fixologist is encouraged to introduce themselves, confirm the appointment details and clarify the few job-specific questions that matter.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Helpful answers before you book

Does simple booking mean every job is automatically accepted?

No. Simplicity is the customer interface; scope, safety, availability and professional requirements still determine the appropriate next step.

Will the Fixologist contact me before the visit?

Fixologists are encouraged to make a brief introduction and confirmation after an appointment is approved so specific questions can be resolved without burdening initial intake.

Does Fixology guarantee every type of repair?

No blanket guarantee should be inferred. Applicable service terms and any specific protections must be stated for the actual service path.

Have a different question? Start with the problem. Fixology is designed to work out the service path without making you do the classification first.

IN PRACTICE

The Fixology Promise is operational, not decorative

A promise only matters when it changes how the service is delivered. For Fixology that means a simple intake, honest communication, responsible routing, useful context, respect for the home and a human confirmation step once the right Fixologist is assigned. We avoid unsupported guarantees and state pricing, qualifications and protection terms only when they are verified for the actual service path.

Respect the customer’s time

Ask only for information that materially changes the next step.

Respect the home

Condition, access and surrounding surfaces matter—not only the isolated task.

Respect the professional

Give the assigned Fixologist useful context and a direct opportunity to clarify job-specific details.
