FIXOLOGY SERVICE HUB

The building already knows the address. Your resident should only need to say what is wrong.

Service Hub is Fixology’s direction for a building-aware service layer for apartments and managed properties. Approved building context can be attached when it is actually available, reducing repeated address and property questions without pretending a deployment or support channel already exists.

ONE SIMPLE FRONT DOOR

Keep the complexity behind the request.

Known property

Where an approved building entry point exists, property context can travel with the request instead of asking a resident to re-enter information already available to Fixology.

Problem-first intake

Residents describe the issue in ordinary language and can add a photo when useful. They do not need to identify a trade or browse providers.

Behind-the-scenes routing

Service classification, serviceability, provider fit, eligibility and routing belong behind the interface and remain authoritative server decisions.

Context continuity

Approved access notes, property facts and prior service context can stay attached when those records are available.

Truthful booking states

A request is not presented as scheduled, assigned or priced until the corresponding authority has actually confirmed it.

Simple escalation

When an operating support path is available, known request and property context should stay attached so the resident does not have to reconstruct the request.

Software first. Hardware only when it earns its place.

Service Hub is designed first as building-aware software that can eventually be reached from a resident’s own phone. QR, NFC, web, text, call or a lobby tablet are possible interfaces only when a specific deployment supports them; none is implied merely by this page.

The intended result is less coordination: a resident reports the problem once, available building context stays attached, and Fixology determines the appropriate service path behind the scenes.

Managing a property? Service Hub capabilities and building coverage are introduced only where they are actually supported. For a repair needed now, use the normal request path and describe the problem once.
