FOR FIXOLOGISTS

Spend more time doing skilled work and less time chasing leads.

Fixology is for independent professionals who value relevant opportunities, clearer job context and a customer experience that starts simple. Online provider onboarding is not open yet; a dedicated provider-interest path will be published before applications are collected.

How Fixology works

A BETTER PROVIDER EXPERIENCE

Useful job context without making the customer do provider homework.

Relevant opportunities

The intended model is to route work against service fit, territory and applicable eligibility rather than forcing customers to browse a wall of provider profiles.

Background verification

Provider trust and safety is designed to include background screening before applicable participation. Legal qualifications and licenses remain specific to the work being performed.

Clearer context

Customers begin with the problem in ordinary language. Useful photos, property context and prior answers should travel with the request instead of disappearing between steps.

Professional choice

The intended provider model preserves the choice to accept work that fits and decline work that does not without turning the customer experience into a lead-bidding contest.

Direct confirmation

When provider assignment is operating, Fixologists are encouraged to introduce themselves, confirm the appointment and ask only the job-specific questions they actually need.

Less lead chasing

The product direction is to reduce time spent competing for attention so capable professionals can focus on useful work and reliable customer service.

The last mile should still be human.

Fixology intentionally keeps customer intake light. When an appointment has been approved and a Fixologist assigned, a short introduction call can confirm the professional's understanding, answer practical questions and surface access or preparation details before arrival. Material changes belong back in the booking record so the durable context stays accurate.

Ordinary Fixologists are not currently required by Fixology to carry a platform-mandated insurance policy. That does not override licenses, permits, qualifications or other legal requirements that may apply to particular work. Those boundaries remain part of service and eligibility routing rather than customer guesswork.

Provider enrollment, availability, earnings, job volume and compensation are not promised on this page. Those claims should become public only when the corresponding operating systems and approved policies can support them truthfully.
