HOW FIXOLOGY WORKS

Tell us the problem. We handle the service homework.

You should not need to know the trade, find the provider, or translate a home problem into contractor language before asking for help.

THREE SIMPLE STEPS

Start with what you know.

1. Describe it

Write what happened in normal language. Add a photo when it helps. You do not have to choose a trade or diagnose the cause.

2. We work out the path

Fixology uses the problem and relevant location context to determine what additional information is actually needed. Service classification, scope and provider requirements stay behind the request.

3. Confirm the next step

When serviceability, provider fit, timing and any required terms are known, you get a clear next action. We do not present unverified availability, pricing or provider assignment as confirmed.

Less form-filling. More useful context.

Fixology is designed to remember information that matters so you do not keep rebuilding the same request. If a detail does not change safety, eligibility, scope, pricing, scheduling or access, it should not become customer homework.

After an appointment is approved and a Fixologist is assigned, the Fixologist is encouraged to call you, introduce themselves, confirm the appointment details and clarify the few job-specific questions that matter for the visit. That keeps generic intake short while giving the professional a direct chance to prevent misunderstandings before arrival.

If that conversation reveals a material change in scope, safety, timing or other booking facts, the request should return to the appropriate Fixology path for review rather than treating the changed work as automatically approved.

WHAT STAYS BEHIND THE SCENES

The complexity belongs to Fixology.

Service classification

We start from the symptom and scope rather than asking you to pick a contractor category.

Location & eligibility

Exact serviceability and applicable provider requirements are checked from the actual request context.

Provider fit

The intended default is the best eligible fit, not a wall of provider profiles to compare.

Scheduling

Timing becomes authoritative only when the operational booking path confirms it.

Pricing & payment rules

Customer-facing economic terms are shown only when the applicable service and policy make them real.

Continuity

Useful property and booking context should follow the request when a person or another channel takes over.
