At Fixology Hub, we take pride in the quality of our work and the trust our clients place in us. The Fixology Promise is our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind with every service we provide. While Fixology Hub is not an insurer and does not assume liability for unforeseen damages, we strive to address and resolve certain issues that may arise from our services.
Fixology Satisfaction Assurance
Subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations outlined in this document, Fixology Hub may, at its sole discretion, offer up to [$ Amount] in compensation for damages directly resulting from the performance of a service by one of our professionals (a “Claim”).
To be an eligible Claim under the Fixology Promise:
The service must have been scheduled and fully paid for through Fixology Hub.
The Claim must be one of the following:
Property Damage – Physical damage to a client’s property caused by negligence during service.
Incomplete or Deficient Work – If a service was not performed to reasonable standards, Fixology Hub will first attempt to rectify the issue by sending a qualified professional to complete or correct the work.
Theft – Intentional theft of a client’s tangible personal property by a Fixology Hub professional during the service.
The Claim must not fall under an Excluded Loss (defined below).
The client must:
Not have violated Fixology Hub’s Terms of Service.
Attempt to resolve the issue with Fixology Hub before seeking third-party involvement.
File the Claim within 30 days of the service date.
Provide reasonable evidence (e.g., photos, receipts, or other supporting documentation).
Exclusions
The Fixology Promise does not cover Claims arising from, related to, or in any way connected with:
Pre-existing damages or conditions unrelated to the service.
Water damage, flooding, mold, or hazardous material exposure.
Electrical, plumbing, or structural failures unrelated to Fixology Hub’s work.
Cash, securities, fine art, antiques, jewelry, or items of sentimental or irreplaceable value.
Normal wear and tear or expected results of a service.
Damages resulting from a client’s direction, supervision, or use of their own tools or materials.
Business interruptions, lost revenue, lost time, or other indirect damages.
Services performed by an unauthorized individual not associated with Fixology Hub.
How to Submit a Claim
To submit a Claim under the Fixology Promise, please complete the Fixology Resolution Request Form within 30 days of the service date. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will review your case. While your Claim is under review, you agree to:
Preserve any damaged property as evidence.
Allow Fixology Hub representatives access to inspect damages.
Accept a correction or repair as the first course of resolution if applicable.
Provide all necessary documentation upon request.
If your Claim is approved, as a condition of receiving compensation, you agree to:
Release Fixology Hub from any further liability related to the Claim.
Treat the resolution as confidential.
Refund any erroneous payments if applicable.
Modifications & Limitations
Fixology Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Fixology Promise at any time, with or without notice. No agent or representative is authorized to alter these terms. The Fixology Promise is governed by the laws of the State of California.
